Delivery
We currently have a standard delivery charge of £4.95 for orders delivered inside mainland UK. If you live outside of mainland UK and wish to place an order please contact us on the telephone number above to locate your nearest stockist or correct delivery charge. During sale times when quoting free p+p we will reduce all deliveries outside of mainland UK by £4.95.
We aim to deliver the products your have ordered within seven working days, if within the UK, however sometimes circumstances beyond our control may prevent this.
Returns and Exchanges
We will only return goods which have been brought directly from us. If you have purchased a Bambino Mio product from a retailer you will need to return the products to the retailer for a refund or exchange.
We will exchange or replace faulty or damaged goods or give a full refund. All
postal costs will be met by ourselves. Proof of purchase is required.
When returning goods to us we advise you obtain a (free) certificate of posting. Bambino Mio cannot accept responsibility for returned items that are lost in the mail.
Despatch costs, packaging costs, handling and an administration charge will be deducted from the total amount you are refunded, unless the goods are returned within 7 days of purchase in which case you will receive a full refund. Postal charges to return perfect goods must be met by you. Please quote the order number on the front of the delivery note, with any returned item.
Product availability and specifications
Every effort has been made to ensure that the information on this website is updated regularly and is correct, however Bambino Mio cannot accept any responsibility for any errors. We reserve the right to modify any of the products in our portfolio during the season.
When purchasing a birth to potty pack or nappy sets we reserve the right to substitute items with items of the same value or higher.
Product colours and designs are as accurate as computer monitors will allow, if you find you do not like the colour then we will be happy to refund the goods however, the above conditions for returning goods will apply.
